ALEX VAN ZANTI am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where I specialized in Organizational Behavior. My research broadly focuses on strategic social interactions, with a focus on the factors that motivate people to mislead others, their responses to others' ethical transgressions, and their strategic use of nonverbal channels to communicate information. It has been published or accepted for publication in journals such as Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.
